Anthony Reddy Associates were commissioned in 1995 by Temple Bar Properties Ltd, to prepare a Masterplan and Development Brief for the West End of Temple Bar around Cow's Lane. Anthony Reddy Associates role included liaison with the Planning Authority, and specialist consultants including archaeologists, structural and services engineers, and energy consultants with a view to producing a brief for an urban renewal project involving eight architectural firms.
