Situated at the north end of O'Connell Street Parnell Square now centres around the Garden of Remembrance and is home to many fine fine buildings including Findlaters Church (built in 1863 by Andrew Heiton), Charlemont House (built in 1763 by Sir William Chambers) and the Rotunda Hospital (built in 1748 by Richard Chassels).
