This proposed building, by Anthony Reddy
Architects, consists of 10,000m2 gross internal office
floor area excluding atrium, basement, car-parking and
plant. The building form seeks to respond to the corner
site, the dynamic of the proposed Calatrava bridge through
the use of cladding and structural systems reminiscent
of nautical Architecture and technology. The central
atrium will be the focus of the building with floor
and wall finishes in granite and stainless steel to
emphasise the link with external paved areas.
